Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical knowledge, along with leadership abilities to oversee maintenance operations.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Knowledge of logic controllers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
