Responsibilities
- Set up, edit programming, and operate lathes, mills, manual, and CNC machines.
- Prioritize and coordinate machine shop assignments. Manufacture products based on knowledge of products and current specifications.
- Ensure completion of all assignments, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
- Regularly maintain CNC machines and uphold a clean, organized work area.
- Document and follow procedures and specifications accurately.
- Participate in Research and Development (R&D) and product design projects, as required.
- Demonstrate a willingness to lead and engage in all Punch and Machine Shop activities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Shop and/or Tooling (Verification of the most recent pay will be a condition of employment. Candidates are expected to provide the most current paystub.)
- A High School Diploma or GED is required. Completion of a sixty (60) hour CNC Programming Course, an AA degree, or an AS equivalent in Machine Shop training is desired but not mandatory.
