We have proven capabilities in new and emerging technologies and extensive experience across a broad range of industries and domains which enable us to deliver world-class, secure, scalable and reliable business systems.We have achieved many distinctions and milestones of outstanding success during the course of its evolutionary journey.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machine settings and tooling requirements- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role preferred- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks- Knowledge of different types of CNC machines and their operations- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers- Experience with tooling selection and setup for machining operations- Good understanding of materials handling and safety procedures- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environmentAdditional Information
