United Health Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor Nursing to join our Clinical Resources department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Hours per week: 32
Salary range: $43.34 - $65.34 per hour, depending on experience.
OverviewActs on behalf of the Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, and hospital administrators in dealing with Nursing and operational issues by facilitating communication and problem-solving and by providing guidance, direction, education, and support to the nursing employees while observing, assessing and evaluation the quality of care provided for patients.
QualificationsEducation/ExperienceMinimum Required:
- A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Three (3) years of progressive Nursing experience.
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License
- CPR within 3 months of hire
- Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration)
- ACLS certification
