Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis:Help develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management for decision-making.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.Cost Management:Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.Partner with operations and procurement teams to analyze variances and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Establish and maintain standard costs for products and analyze actual costs against standards.Budgeting and Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting process for the plant, working closely with department managers to develop accurate forecasts.Provide timely updates and variance analysis to ensure budget compliance and drive accountability.Financial Compliance:Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.Work with external accounting firm when requiredInventory Management:Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation processes.Analyze inventory levels, aging, and obsolescence to optimize working capital.Team Leadership:Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
