Overview:

Lerner, Csernai and Fath Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our team. This position has extensive growth opportunities, with the option to become an insurance agent over time. The Insurance Service Specialist Position:

Show a strong customer focus through prioritizing and addressing incoming service requests for the insurance clientele in a timely fashion. Develop lasting customer and team intrapersonal relationships by instilling trust, communicating effectively, and collaborating appropriately. Optimize work processes and obtain resolutions for tasks and account updates with resiliency and persistence. Open new accounts for clientele utilizing knowledge of the company's insurance offerings. Display technological insight through the efficient navigation of multiple websites and platforms to obtain data, update information, as well as research problems. Be capable of tackling multiple issues simultaneously as well as switching fluidly between tasks. Place a high value on self-development by consistently learning, honing, and applying new knowledge.

Specifics:

· 40 hours a week

· Life and Health licensed in Michigan is a plus, but not required
