Boost Promotions is a full service creative promotional products agency specializing in branded merchandise, custom product development, sales & consumer promotions, creative services, fulfillment, and e-commerce. We provide services to industries across the globe.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the promotional products industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively selling promotional products to new and existing customers. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company and promote our range of promotional products.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from customers, provide product information, and present customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and build strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business goals, and offering personalized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate and detailed product information, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided.

Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and differentiate ourselves in the market.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our product portfolio, understanding the features, benefits, and various customization options available.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed and share insights with the team.
  • Work with our Marketing Team to create campaigns that will create a large ROI

Sales Support and Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate order processing, artwork approvals, and shipment tracking.
  • Assist with resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the promotional products industry, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone and via email.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
