Job Description: As an ERP Software Sales Expert at CNSWARE, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of potential clients, articulating the value proposition of our ERP systems, and guiding them through the process of determining the return on investment (ROI) for their ERP projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping businesses achieve considerable gains and strategic advantages through the implementation of our ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate potential clients on the value of ERP ROI and guide them through the process of accurately forecasting ERP costs and returns.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that align with clients' business models and provide them with a competitive edge.
• Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements and develop tailored proposals and presentations.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in ERP software sales, with a deep understanding of ERP ROI frameworks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Experience working with global clients and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Odoo is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
