We are a fast paced, busy dermatology office providing services in adult and pediatric medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and Mohs micrographic surgery. Our number one priority is providing unsurpassed care to our patients.
We are a seeking a friendly and motivated Medical Receptionist with excellent people skills and a service-oriented attitude. You must be dependable, and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. There is no experience needed; training will be provided. Previous customer service experience and/or medical office experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include checking patients in and out, taking payments, scheduling appointments, updating patients' medical records in our EMR system, verifying patients' insurance information, and generally helping to keep the office running smoothly.
This position is three days per week in our Citrus County offices and two days per week in our Brooksville office. Office hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday.
