• Support requirements gathering and analysis for .NET, BPM, SharePoint, or other PaaS applications (e.g., Appian, Cognos, etc.) tools development and integration projects. 
• Support the design and development of technical solutions on various systems/platforms based on the requirements gathered. 
• Utilize JIRA for the tracking and management of use Stories, tasks, and requirements 
• Support the definition the system implementation approach and operational concept, ensures requirements are met, and evaluates solution performance. 
• Responsible for following the team’s established Agile processes which includes supporting both short- and long-term planning, cross-functional support, and demonstrating working software. 
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to and with technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation and requirements documents 
• Participate in project reporting, metrics gathering, and presentations 
• Strong organizational management skills including the ability to execute numerous tasks. 
• Strong experience using MS Office tools to prepare documents, spreadsheets, schedules, and presentations. 
• Self-starter able to manage tasks with little supervision, strong team player. 
• Innovative thinking – ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to the program. 

Requirements:

• Years of Experience:
  2-3 years' related application development experience, ideally with PaaS platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow or Salesforce. Experienced with testing support as well is a huge plus. 
• Education:
  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or equivalent.
• Clearance:
  Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (HHS) Suitability.
• Citizenship:
  U.S. Citizenship required
