Holiday Inn Express in Mccalla, AL is looking for one sales manager to join our strong team. We are located on 4703 Bell Hill Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Overall sell efforts for the hotel
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with business needs
- Build and maintain strong clientele relationships
Qualifications
- Experience working in a sales position at at hotel for 3 years
- Ability to manage and lead a team to success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
