We are looking for a full-time Foreman to join our team! You will report directly to our General Superintendent. Your Team will be 2-5 guys that consist of Laborers, Pipe layers, and Operators for various projects. As a Leader, you will be guiding your team to success with providing full site earthwork and utility construction for commercial/industrial projects.

We have developed long-term relationships with all of our clients and with you representing our Company; we can continue the relationship as you provide great customer service. Our projects success depends on you and your team by collaborating and working together to meet our client’s needs!

To become one of our Foreman, you should have the following:

· 5 years of (verifiable) excavation experience

· Have pride in the work you do

· Ability to solve complex problems with Excellent collaboration skills

· Knowledge and experience with OSHSA safety standards and Excavation Awareness Certification

· Proficient experience in all wet utilities (water, sewer, storm, fireline, etc.)

· Strong leadership and communications skills

· Ability to solve mathematical problems

· A relentless passion for strong character and ethics
