Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our newest branch’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, flexible, and able to lead a team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of the business to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operations
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage hours, input hours, oversee daily reports
- Oversee project management initiatives to drive successful outcomes

Experience:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Demonstrate expertise in project management and process optimization
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage resources

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
