Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operations
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage hours, input hours, oversee daily reports
- Oversee project management initiatives to drive successful outcomes
