Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to residents in a residential setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities
- Maintain documentation of resident care and progress

Requirements:
- First aid certification
- Knowledge and experience in dementia care and senior care
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in assisted living setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when providing care to residents
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
