Seeking a resident manager in the Elmwood area of Berkeley for a 17-unit apartment building. Two years of resident management experience required. Yardi experience a plus. Interest in real estate/property management essential. Job consists of renting units, lease documentation, setting up maintenance requests, dealing with resident concerns, minor cleaning of apartments (on move-outs) and common areas, etc. Must live on-site. One bedroom apartment provided at a significantly discounted rent plus hourly wage. Utility allowance and free parking provided. Average work roughly 10-12 hours per week. No smoking. No pets.
