The Tandym Group is Hiring a Remote Payroll Manager (Part-time / Remote)
***This is a Part-time opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work 24 hours each week in a Remote capacity.***
Responsibilities:
The Payroll Manager will:
- Process semi-monthly payroll for the organization
- Prepare and review payroll reports, including earnings, taxes, and deductions
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR to maintain employee records and updates in the payroll system
- Generate and review payroll-related reports for management
- Prepare and submit 403(b) upload documents
- Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing
- 3 years of Payroll processing experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Knowledge of Payroll regulations and Tax laws
- Proficiency in Payroll software
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Solid analytical, mathematical, and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience with 403(b) retirement plans
