Three Sisters Sleep is Hiring a Front Desk Medical Receptionist Near Bend, OR

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires proficiency in various scheduling and patient management systems, as well as strong communication skills.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar using , eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Manage electronic medical records and update patient information as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or similar dental/medical scheduling systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and contribute to creating a positive experience for our patients. We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
