Title: Food Service Coordinator

FUNCTION: To assume the responsibility for coordinating the clerical duties for the food

service department responsible to the Food Service Director.

This is a one year only position.

STIPEND: $1,500

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sign off/edit/approve time sheets and fax to payroll (Wednesday & Friday) as needed and file.
2. Scan weekly invoice batch each week and submit to FSD (Friday or Monday).
3. Submit original invoices and payment details to school payables.
4. Scan weekly cash deposit slips each week and submit to FSD (Tuesday). Submit yellow copies and cover sheet to payroll (file pink).
5. Print letters/mailings/invoices as requested by FSD on a daily basis as needed, send interoffice mail to central office.
6. Print/send information to site kitchens on daily needed basis (menu, forms, memos, etc.)
7. Be available to visit/assist kitchens on a weekly basis and notify FSD of any request or issues.
8. Other duties and support assigned by the FSD.
9. Adheres to the adopted policies of the Bellingham School Committee.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Member of the Cafeteria staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet searching and evaluation of websites.
2. Ability to use Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
