A global company is working with LHH to identify a permanent Payroll Specialist for their team. You will be joining a small, local team to process weekly payroll for a few hundred employees.

Since the payroll process is rather complex, the ideal candidate will have at least a year of previous payroll processing experience and the role is fully onsite.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is fairly new to payroll to gain more experience and be able to elevate their skill set.

Job Duties :

Processing weekly payroll for more than two hundred employees

Reviewing and auditing timecards

Assisting employees with payroll entry or payroll-related questions

Reviewing and updating pay rates per contract agreements

Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications :

At least a year of payroll processing experience

Strong customer service skills and desire to help others

Ability to navigate through software systems with ease

High attention to detail

Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP would be helpful
