Title: Packaging Project Manager
Position is a Hybrid Onsite role, selected candidate will need to visit the offices in New Jersey 2-3 days a week.
Position is a Hybrid Onsite role, selected candidate will need to visit the offices in New Jersey 2-3 days a week.
- Take notes on weekly project meetings and disseminate to Project Team in a timely manner.
- Assign accountability for next steps.
- Manage the timeline/project management flow chart including notification of impending deadlines and impact to timeline for delayed deliverables.
- Coordinate testing reports, creative changes, order quantities, manufacturing, legal checks,Trademark registration, product delivery dates, Co-packer addresses, PO creation deadlines,SKU assignment in PO system by core team, coordinating sample shipments as needed (addresses/tracking info), etc.
- Follow up with stakeholders on any deliverables critical to project success and ensure completion.
- Clearly communicate actions to project team of functions, updates that may affect project deliverables.
- Provide points of contact for manufacturing partner (packing partner, procurement, etc.) and answer day to day questions they have.
- Work with Procurement on PO & Payment issue details
Candidate Requirements:
- Project Management experience in Food or Consumer Products Industry.
- 5 years’ experience in Food or Consumer Products Industry.
- B.S. degree or/Master Degree in Packaging or related field.
- Experience in Microsoft Project is highly desirable.
