Successful completion of a two-year college program for Physical Therapy Assistants that leads to an Associate Degree and that has been approved by the A.P.T.A. Should be a member of the A.P.T.A. 2. Licensed and registered or eligible for license and registration in Pennsylvania. 3. Must possess CPR certification. 4. Valid driver's license and proof of insurability preferred. 5. Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
