Role Description
This role can be full-time or part-time, and is an on-site role for a physical therapy practice located in Bedminster, NJ. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, managing administrative and support staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves handling patient inquiries, supporting billing and insurance processes, and maintaining office records. Our long-standing office manager is retiring and we are looking for someone with a solid understanding of insurance benefits, including out-of-network benefits to step in.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation processes
- A solid understanding of insurance benefits, including out-of-network benefits
- Familiarity with Medicine and healthcare administrative practices
- Strong organizational and team management abilities
- Proficiency in using office and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines is advantageous
- A background in healthcare administration or related field is preferred
