**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Handle inquiries from clients and vendors
- Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing
**Skills:**
- Familiarity with Google Suite for email, calendar, and document management
- Experience in a chiropractic office setting is a plus
- Ability to assist with event planning and coordination
- Strong customer support skills to address inquiries effectively
- Capable of providing personal assistant support to executives if needed
- Experience in project coordination to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
