- Prepare and process journal entries regularly
- Carry out general ledger reconciliations
- Analyze capital assets and maintain fixed asset additions
- Handle depreciation and amortization schedules, and manage asset retirements and disposals
- Conduct lease vs. buy analysis and perform lease accounting
- Assist in month-end close procedures
- Execute balance sheet reconciliations
- Generate monthly reports on analysis
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Experience with PeopleSoft will be advantageous
