Key Responsibilities:

Safety First: Maintain safe, clean, and professional construction sites by removing hazards and debris.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Project Managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure all tasks are completed to satisfaction.

Organization: Keep warehouses, materials, and tools clean and organized to enhance efficiency.

Versatility: Perform a variety of tasks related to framing, siding, windows, insulation, roofing, plumbing, appliances, doors, trim, flooring, painting, etc.

Logistics Support: Deliver materials to construction sites as needed and handle loading, unloading, and organization of building materials.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to Learn: No extensive experience required – we value eagerness and a positive attitude.
• Professionalism: Carry yourself in a professional manner, promoting a positive image for the company.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment and be open to various construction tasks.
• Equipment Operation: Experience with skid steers, gradalls, forklifts, and the ability to pull trailers behind a pickup is a plus.
