Role & Responsibilities

·A Digital Transformational Adoption & ChangeOffice (DTACO) is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to support TransitionManagement (TM)/Adoption excellence, the largest digital transformationprograms. This person will be helping to scale TM capabilities and communitiesacross Global Technology.

·This role will be responsible for partneringwith DTACO leadership to manage and deliver change/TM strategies. They willdrive implementations on medium to large projects for Global Technology andsteer the strategic direction of the change portfolio across Technology inrelation to business related transformation projects.

·The ideal candidate will be able to apply theirchange management experience to help solve complex challenges by aiding inidentifying and streamlining processes, integrating tools and managing theimpact of change to the organization. Working closely with cross-functionalteams that include transition management leadership, portfolio, program, andproject managers inside and outside of Global Technology. We also envision thisperson helping to develop change portfolio measurement strategies and metricsto evaluate change impact, readiness, and adoption.

·Contributes by applying TM methodologies andtools to generate impact assessments, key partner engagement plans,organizational readiness assessments, communication plans andlearning/development materials.

·Performing analysis and evaluation of changes inportfolio to identify change collisions, evaluate directional alignment, callout potential risks and to raise/secure necessary leadership decisions.

·Plan and facilitate workshops training onTransition Management practices, outcomes and artifacts.

·Drive TM principles and methodology acrossselect medium to large regional or global initiatives.

·Activate training and communication plan andmaterials for initiatives to generate momentum.

·Drive awareness and engagement with key partnerswhile minimizing disruptions.

·Assist in managing communities of practicethrough content development and program maintenance.

·Occasionally serve as an internal consultant tovarious internal program and initiatives impacting internal end users.

·Working with international teams, might have totake meetings between 7am-7pm (hours will adjust to early or late end tocompensate.

Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, HR,Marketing, Communications or a related field; 2 years additional relevant andprofessional experience in lieu of a degree

·7 years working in Transition Management andsupporting Directors and VPs, stakeholder communication, and can engage inprivacy and governance

·5 years of industry experience inproject/program management

·Advanced skills using MS Office and intermediateskills using other software applications to complete and own tasks, schedules,and projects

·Familiarity with the Agile/Scaled Agiledevelopment and Change Management methodology; PROSCI or IDEO certification aplus

·Effective experience implementing Change &Transition Management theory and strategies for large scale global initiatives

·Uses design thinking to effectively clarify andcommunicate concepts and ideas

·Strong influencing skills and competency tointeract with team, senior management and many cross-functional teams
