Acara Solutions is looking for a Contract Hybrid Collections Specialist that has commercial collections (business to business) experience.

Pay : $24-$27Job Description : Duties include but not limited to : -Responsible for collections for outstanding AR on assigned accounts.

• Facilitate customer account research, analysis, and issue resolution.-Respond to customer inquiries. Collaborate with Customer and AR operations to reconcile PO, billings, and payments on accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and others to ensure proper billings on customer accounts. -Ensure invoices delivered to customers-which may include emailing or uploading invoices to customer portals and provide customer account statements.
• Communicate to external and internal customers to understand issues, or request resolution, and utilize escalation protocol.
• Calculate, and have accountability for forecasting and collections of cash for assigned accounts and / or regions. Report details and collect from customers to ensure meeting or exceeding corporate cash collections, and other individual and team performance KPI's.
• Help team to discover, and then champion, process improvements for efficiency and payment issue resolution. Willingly share knowledge and information.
• Update system and the required EXCEL reporting, to reflect Accounts Receivable customer account and invoice status. Document collection work and account follow up, follow procedures, and ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, legal statutes, and company policies-Check and monitor payments and remittances for accurate account detail and reconciliations.

Assist with inquiries from operations team and ensure customer accounts have accurate and compliant adjustments. -Timely updates and completion of required reporting.

• Participate, and potentially help lead with team meetings, celebrations, and cross-functional events. -Enthusiastically support continuous improvement philosophy and behaviors.
• Phone and email correspondence to customers.-Perform other duties and related special projects, as required. Required Skills / Qualifications : 2 years of experience in Commercial Collections-Experience with ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
• 2 - 3 Years Previous Collections and Accounts Receivable experience -Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
