Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient patient flow in a medical or dental office setting.

Duties:
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently using , , , or software
- Coordinate with medical or dental staff to optimize appointment scheduling
- Manage patient records and update information as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in or setting preferred
- Proficiency in tasks
- Knowledge of practices and procedures
- Familiarity with operations is a plus
- Ability to work with accurately and efficiently
