We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding and insurance claims processing.

Duties:
- Review and process patient insurance for accuracy and completeness
- Verify patients' insurance coverage and eligibility
- Communicate with patient/insurance companies to resolve claim issues
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all aspects of work
- Utilize medical coding knowledge (ICD-10, ICD-9) to accurately code diagnoses and procedures
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Collaborate with medical staff to clarify information on claims

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding
- Experience with ASC and office procedures
- Knowledge of medical records management
- Familiarity with insurance billing practices
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations

Pay: $19.39 - $23.35 per hour
