Job TitleLocation:What’s the Job?
- Directs, develops and oversees general safety policy and procedures
- Ensures the workplace is in compliance with OSHA and other state, local or industry specific regulations
- Manages the Safety and Health function to meet our Safety Policy
- Responsible for the promotion of Safety and Health of the Beasley Operation
- Ensures Safety Audits are conducted on a weekly basis and provides management with metrics to improve
- Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety or similar degree preferred. In lieu of not having a bachelors degree, additional 2 years of Safety Experience for associates or an additional 4 years of safety experience with no degree.
- Leadership
- Problem Solving/Analysis
- CSP, CSM, or other related Safety Certification
- OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour general industry trainer certification highly desirable
