Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee multiple area in our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise designated area
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
- Monitor store performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues effectively
- Oversee inventory management, and shortage awareness.

Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills for managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Previous experience in store management or retail operations
- Ability to recruit, lead, and motivate teams effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for communication with staff and customers
- Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in wireless sales
- Training development skills to enhance employee performance

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
