The Workers Compensation Manager manages and coordinates self-insured workers' compensation program. The manager establishes and enforces policy, determines each claim's compensability, manages claims, conducts settlement negotiations, reviews employee and department relations, sets claim reserves and outside counsel supervision.

Has previous experience working with OSHA record keeping.
Has advanced knowledge of self-insured workers' compensation management and workers' compensation law.
Has High-level management and leadership skills.
Is experience with conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Has written and verbal communication skills.
Has organizational and multitasking skills.
