Our Agency is looking for a dynamic and engaging Marketer responsible for the following:

- Developing business & generating home care referrals with physicians, discharge, planners, social workers, Community Liaisons, and other related health care providers.

- Coordination of care services & act as liaison between patients, family & agency staff.

- Excellent public relations skills with ability to market effectively with customers & referral sources.

- Established referral relationships and book of business within Palm Beach County. Home Health experience and knowledge of Medicare guidelines is a huge plus.

This position requires a strong work ethic, discipline, extreme organizational skills; and the ability to cold call new accounts, create, develop and nurture relationships. Requirements:

* Home Health experience a MUST.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional referral marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
* Undergraduate degree preferred – preferably in business / marketing, health care, or related discipline.
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
* Must be able to understand and effectively communicate medical terminology to physicians and office staff. General knowledge of Medicare regulations preferred.
* Must have experience selling a service rather than a product.
* Must be local to Florida.
* Reliable transportation required.
