Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management within the warehouse facility. This position involves overseeing inventory levels, verifying stock, and preparing materials for production runs. Additionally, the Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for operating a forklift to facilitate the movement of inventory within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using inventory management software. Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Production Support: Coordinate with production teams to identify and stage materials needed for upcoming production runs. Ensure that inventory is properly labeled, organized, and accessible for production personnel. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using a forklift.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Enter data into ERP systems accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other relevant information.
• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with internal teams to provide updates on production schedules, inventory status, and any logistical issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
