About Us:

Up North Eats, LLC is a small Private Chef business in Baxter, MN. We are agile, professional, customer-centric and our goal is to bring people together over food. We provide private dinner party services in the comfort of our guests home/cabin/rental, etc. Our dinners typically feature a 3-4 course meals for approximately 8-25 guests.

HOURS AND PAY: Typically weekends, with some weeknights (approximately 4pm-9pm) Pay is $15-$22/hour, depending on experience plus gratuity. (typically $100-$300 total per event)

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide an upscale private dining experience to our guests
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating
- Assists with table setting, service, and cleanup of dinner and kitchen at the conclusion of dinner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food or drinks

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
