- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Design and implement process improvements, including automation and lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure adherence to manufacturing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in Automotive, Recreational Vehicles, Police, Fire Vehicles and Ambulance Vehicles, and/or Industrial and Commercial Transportation preferred, but not necessary.
