Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Client Satisfaction & Public Relations: Develop and execute strategic plans to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and positive public relations, ensuring account retention.
• Financial Management: Oversee unit operating budgets through effective planning and control procedures. Collaborate with the Creative Dining Services Operations Director to participate in the budget and forecast process, providing accurate data for effective budget preparation. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all recording and reporting activities.
• Employee Development: Train and develop employees to maximize productivity and maintain high morale. Implement and maintain systems to measure and evaluate personnel in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Monitor the employment process, wage structure, and benefit program.
• Quality Standards: Uphold and implement standards of quality in all areas of the food service operation. Assist in the planning and analysis of all merchandising and marketing programs, ensuring compliance with these initiatives.
• Operational Compliance: Conduct ongoing analysis of account operations and recommend changes to the Operations Director as needed. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, standards, and programs.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all areas of the food service operation comply with the C.L.E.A.N.Works! program, as well as federal, state, and local health codes, and overall quality assurance.
• Resource Utilization: Follow company and account purchasing policies and procedures. Ensure maximum utilization of company resources through correct menu planning, receiving, and storage, while adhering to quality specifications and sustainability efforts.
