Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to support a productive team.

Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies

· Prepare and distribute digital and print marketing materials such as social media posts, graphics, emails and mailing materials and presentations.

· Maintain, monitor and grow the website and social media platforms.

· Leverage in house technology and provide support to team members, including some simple troubleshooting.

· Assist team with formulating ideas for growth and working on initiatives to attract new business.

· Assist with the planning and promotion of various small events.

· Educate team on tools, technologies and marketing strategies through one-on-one sessions and group meetings.

Skills:

- Proficient in copywriting and content marketing for real estate promotions
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing materials
· Prior administrative work helpful. • Marketing, Communication or Design experience helpful.

· Knowledge of Real Estate industry helpful

· Proficiency with programs, such as Canva, Constant Contact, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Content Creator Applications

· Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and work independently, at times.

· Tech Savvy
