Pay/Salary: $85,000.00/per year with bonus potential
Directly responsible for overall operation of the plant and to ensure production, quality, housekeeping and safety goals are met. Support company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Support the core values of Trust, Integrity, Servitude and Discipleship.
Maintain good customer relations - work closely with customer to resolve any issues. Review costs and modify programs to meet budget guidelines. Develop an effective system of communications to ensure the effective flow of information to all plant personnel. Meet required production goals as stated in SOPs. Ensure safety of all employees by making sure that all employees are properly trained, safety equipment is properly used and safety procedures (SOPs) are followed.
Ensure that accidents with or without property damage and/or injuries are reported and promptly and a thorough investigation is completed utilizing appropriate accident and investigation SOPs. Meet established housekeeping standards on a daily basis. Ensure quality standards are met and identify issues if necessary with corrective actions. Ensure accurate inventories. Perform other duties as assigned.
