**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution management, possess excellent leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all aspects of the operations, including rentals, repairs, inventory control, and customer service

- Manage and lead a team of employees

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize operational costs

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Implement and maintain efficient processes for ordering supplies and managing inventory

- Utilize Netsuite and payment transactions

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a General Manager or similar role within the service or distrubution industry

- Strong knowledge of operations

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the overall effciency within the organization

- Proficient in inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels

Pay: $57,178.00 - $75,000.00 per year
