General Summary : Support the manufacturing areas with plant focus on training and maintain the overall Toyota Production System as well as company policies / procedures.

II. Essential Job Functions :

• Conduct communication meeting with team members
• Support group leaders with PEFF, 5s walk through, communication regarding any issues in the area and problem solving and countermeasures.
• Support group leaders with recording KYTs, IPPMs, scrap, rework / regrind, change point boards, training records and countermeasure implementation for all.
• Support group leaders for investigating safety incidents, escalation procedure, WPS creation and training paperwork.
• Responsible for parameter and hourly checks, hour by hour boards, leading exercise, STD work audits, Kamishibi boards, training to standardized work and team leader audits.
• Responsible for getting supplies (in-house) to the team members.
• Responsible for 5s of their area, respond to ANDONS, maintain printers, recording shift build schedule, copy documents and run red rabbits.
• Announce code yellow / Orange for quality issues and gather quality review or corrective action data.

Education : Experience :

Experience :

• 1-2 years with leadership experience.
• 1-2 years with automotive experience preferred.
