Production Operator- Teslin - Barberton- Norton, OH
Starting Pay Rate : $23.25
Rotating Shift : 1st Shift 7am -3pm, 2nd shift 3pm -11pm, 3rd shift 11pm 7am, switches every week from 1st shift to 3rd shift to 2nd shift.
As a Production Silica Associate, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them.

Key Responsibilities
- The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
- Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers.
- You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
