Gordian Energy Systems and its associated company, Cole Roofing Company, has an immediate requirement for an Associate Marketing professional to facilitate and lead all the marketing and PR functions for our two growing Companies. The job requires the right person who enjoys planning and performs the implementation of a variety of marketing processes.

Responsibilities include processes for both Gordian and Cole:

• Lead the creation of an annual marketing plan, budget, and calendar.
• Coordinate company’s participation in promotional events, trade shows, conferences, including coordination of travel.
• Growing into a brand expert and ambassador for the company brands.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of weekly social media content.
• Lead PR efforts, leveraging key projects and coordinate client PR opportunities, as well as managing sponsorships, industry events and more.
• Oversight of marketing creative content such as web content, brochures, and newsletters,
• Leverage CRM for marketing efforts, hold Sales Manager accountable for Sales team CRM utilization.
• Oversight of digital sales process from inquiry through to result.
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing objectives are being met.
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, such as conversion rates, customer segments.
• Conduct market research as requested by department heads.
• Assist HR Department in development of effective plan to recruit new hires, retain existing team members, and highlight benefits and rewards.

Required Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience working in a marketing function.
• Working knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret key metrics (ROI, KPIs) using spreadsheets and quantitative data.
• Creativity: Contributing to impactful marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience: 3 years of experience working on marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
• Desire to work in a construction company environment, having a direct impact on success.

Preferred, but not required qualifications:

• Marketing experience with privately owned companies.
• Experience with construction companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
