The attorney will meet with potential new clients, coordinate case strategy, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court hearings and trials. Fluency in Spanish is required, along with a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal services. Duties:Meet with potential new clients to assess their immigration needs.Coordinate case and legal strategy with staff and clients.Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines.Train and supervise staff to ensure efficient case management.Prepare and revise court documents, motions, briefs, and memoranda.Conduct legal research to support case strategy and arguments.Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law in immigration law.Market the law firm's services to attract new clients.Work one Saturday a month with potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those days.Cross-sell various other practices within the law firm.Handle court hearings and trials, representing clients effectively.Become an expert on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, etc. Requirements:J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School (required).Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR (required).Fluent in Spanish (required).1 year of immigration experience preferred.Motivated lawyers with experience in other legal areas who desire to become practitioners in the immigration field are welcome.
