Job Summary
Johns Hopkins Personalized Care (JHPC), jointly owned by JHHS and JHU has been established to create a regional network of concierge primary care practices for Johns Hopkins Medicine. This new entity has valued-based purposes of improving the quality of care for the patients of the practices based on safety-effectiveness, patient-centeredness, evidence-based medicine, timeliness, efficiency and equity. The Johns Hopkins Medicine Executive & Preventive Health Program (EHP) provides a comprehensive one-day preventative health screening to over 1,400 corporate executives and high net worth individuals per year.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer of Ambulatory, this position functions as the administrative leader for this new entity, accountable for both the strategic and operational activities of Johns Hopkins Personalized Care (JHPC) and the Executive & Preventive Health Program (EHP). The position will be responsible for the creation of JHPC, including, but not limited to, legal entity creation, human resources functions, finance, business/operational support (ie SAP), EPIC implementation and managed care contracting. This position has strategic influence on all JHPC and EHP network business and relationships and ensures the short-term and long-term fiscal viability of the programs with oversight of business plans, annual budgeting process, expense control and growth. This role is also responsible for operational activities related to the Alignment and Integration initiatives within the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians as well as helping to support our initiatives with our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) partnerships. This may include planning and implementation of programs, ensuring success and growth of such programs for maximum efficiency and productivity.
The position works in partnership with the JHPC Board of Directors and collaborates with a wide range of entities, academic and community hospitals, JHU specialists and key stakeholders within the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins Health System, Johns Hopkins Medicine International, JHM National Capital Region. Additionally, this position will interact with JHM and JHU executive leadership and JH Trustees, high net worth individuals and other key stakeholders.
