Job Description

Administer medication, update changes in medication and report changes to office staff.

Keep comprehensive shift notes on patient's condition and daily task.

Act as liaison between family, physicians, and clinical office staff.

Make sure all equipment is in working condition and maintain a clean working environment.

Assist clients with ADLs such as eating, bathing, etc.

Completion of Nursing Program

Current NYS License

BLS Certification
