Provide health care services according to care plan or IEP.

Perform household tasks ( light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, & grocery shop).

Accompany patients to doctor appointments or to hospital visits.

Assist with clients’ personal care activities.

Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition.

Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Maintain a high degree of patient confidentiality at all times.

Prepare meals and assist patient with eating.

Follow care plan of services the patient need.

Report health condition or change in status to the nurse.

Provide toileting assistance to elementary age children.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
