About Us:

We are a small independent office inside of Sam’s Club, and our mission is to provide personalized, customer service-oriented, accessible eye care without compromising the quality of care! The office setup allows you to practice optometry to the extent you are comfortable with! We are a well-organized office focused on preventative primary eye care, and the majority of our exams consist of routine eye exams for glasses and contact lenses. The office is equipped with a retinal camera, OCT, pachymetry, anterior segment photography, iCare, and virtual field, enabling you to practice full-scope medical optometry if desired. The staff is very well-trained, friendly, and seasoned in optometry. The staff takes care of all check-ins, check-outs, pretesting, and ancillary testing of patients. For EHR, we use Practice Fusion, which is very user-friendly. Both new grads and experienced doctors are encouraged to apply!

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated optometrist to join our team. As an optometrist at Pinnacle Optometric Eye Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional eye care services to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess visual acuity, eye health, and the need for corrective lenses.

- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases.

- Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses.

- Educate patients on proper eye care, lens options, and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry school.

- State optometry license.

- Strong clinical skills and the ability to diagnose and treat eye conditions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
