We're looking for upbeat, energetic and bilingual (English-Spanish) individuals to join our team. We are looking for someone who can perform well at the Front Desk as well as in the back office as a Medical Assistant.

For the Front Desk: A successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, explaining relevant details about the practice, checking eligibility, creating or updating files accurately, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.

For Medical Assisting: A successful candidate will be responsible for prepping charts for the next day(s), greeting patients while vitaling and rooming them, completing preparation documentation for the provider, assisting with any exam needs, discharging the patient, completing any follow-up work needed for the patient's care to be facilitated, completion of new or refill prescriptions as assigned, and other clinical duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of service to our patients and their families.
  • Use good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Answer the phone in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Gather and document patient information accurately
  • Follow established protocols for office and clinical process
  • Demonstrate proper patient care techniques and protocols.

Work Experience and Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited school for Medical Assisting
  • One year experience in a medical office setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
