Borton Petrini, LLP, a dynamic statewide A-V rated law firm, has an immediate opening in their Bakersfield office for a civil litigation/insurance defense associate attorney.
- 3 Civil Litigation experience required
- 3 years experience in insurance defense preferred
- Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations
- Experience with taking and defending depositions
- Drafting discovery and contractual agreements.
- Strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel
- Trial experience is desired
Requirements:
- California Bar membership
- Civil litigation and insurance defense experience
